Is VueDisplays suitable for my laptop?

Yes, absolutely! The monitor is designed to work seamlessly with both Mac and Windows via USB-C or HDMI, so you can easily connect it to any device and get a smooth and efficient multitasking experience - without any hassle. However, it does not support Basic Mac M1, M2, M3 or M4 models.

Is the monitor compatible with both Mac and Windows?

Yes, the screen works with both Mac and Windows – without any hassle.

Will the screen cause eye strain during long working days?

Not at all! The ergonomic design and sharp 1200p resolution provide a comfortable viewing experience, so you can work longer – without straining your eyes, under normal lighting conditions.

How easy is it to connect?

Really easy. You just connect via USB-C or HDMI – Easy. However, a few models require a driver installation.

How long is the delivery time?

We offer fast and traceable express delivery in 5–8 business days to all countries. You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Does it come with a warranty?

You have a 2-year warranty. This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get a discount on the price or your money back if a fault or defect occurs that is not due to improper use, wear or external damage.
