Returns & Refunds

At VueDisplays we want to make shopping easy and safe – for both private and business customers. Our return policy is designed to protect you as a customer while ensuring that we can deliver high quality and fair terms for everyone.

1. 14-day return policy – global

You have 14 days from receipt to return your item.
To obtain a free return, the following must be met:

  • The product is unused, in perfect condition and without signs of wear.
  • Original packaging, accessories, labels and protective film are intact.
  • The item can be sold again without additional work.
  • Valid receipt available.
  • Returns are not due to failure to read specifications that are clearly stated on the product page.

If the conditions are not met, we may still accept the return for a handling fee of DKK 349, or reject it if the item is damaged or defective.


2. Return with fee

If the return is due to circumstances such as:

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
  • Failure to install necessary drivers due to IT limitations.
  • Expectations for size, weight or brightness that have already been clearly described.
  • Misinterpretation of mounting options or connection types.

3. Why a handling fee?

The fee covers part of the costs we incur by:

Receive and return the item to the factory.

  • Test and quality control the product.
  • Clean and prepare it for resale.
  • Repack and update inventory status.

4. Exchange as goodwill

As a one-time gesture, we can offer to exchange the product for another model worth at least DKK 1,500, if the item is in perfect condition.

If the new item is more expensive, the difference is paid.

If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
If the exchange is rejected, the regular fee applies.


5. Defective goods & complaints

For errors not caused by use, please contact our support. We will typically ask for photos or video to assess the problem.

  • If the error is confirmed, we will cover all return and delivery costs.
  • If the fault occurs after 14 days, we will repair it under the warranty period (2 years). If repair is not possible, we will send a similar unit.

6. Technical assessment

Before approving a technical return, we may request photos and/or video so that our technical team can quickly assess the case.


7. How to create a return

All returns must be initiated through your account or by contacting hello@vuedisplays.com .

  • Upload images of product and packaging.
  • If necessary, send a short video showing connection and use.

8. Return label & deadline

Once the return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label. This must be used within 5 days.
If the deadline is exceeded, the label will expire and you will pay the shipping yourself.


9. Delivery to EU & 14 day right of withdrawal

For deliveries to the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies. You may inspect the item as if you were in a store.
Returns must be in original condition with all accessories, and you pay return shipping yourself unless we agree otherwise.


10. Cancellation before dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge if the item has not yet been shipped, directly through your account.
Once the order has been shipped, the return policy applies.


11. Refund

We will refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
