All VueDisplays products are covered by our 24-month worldwide warranty , fully compliant with EU consumer protection legislation. No matter where you are, you're covered.

If your screen fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace it quickly and at no extra cost to you.

Covers:

  • 24-month global warranty
  • Hardware failure caused by manufacturing or material defects
  • Free repair or replacement for justified complaints
  • Fast response time (typically within 24 hours)
  • No hidden service fees

Does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage incurred during transport after delivery (if not insured)
  • Cosmetic scuffs or scratches that do not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by accidents, liquid spills or extreme environmental conditions
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use

How the repair process works:

  1. Please contact us at hello@vuedisplays.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
  2. Error assessment – our technical team assesses the case and may request pictures/video.
  3. Approval – if the complaint is justified, you will receive a return label or return instructions.
  4. Repair or replacement – we will repair the product or send a new one, depending on the extent of the damage.
  5. Return to you – we will send the repaired or exchanged product back at no extra cost.
